We have increased our phone holding queue so that patients are not met with the engaged tone.
We continue to work with our phone system provider to improve the service but unfortunately there is not a quick solution without incurring hefty penalties.
We suggest calling between the hours of 4pm and 6pm as the lines tend to be quieter then.
