To help with patient management, we have a 3 queue system.  IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A COVID VACCINATION, THERE IS NO NEED TO ARRIVE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES AHEAD OF YOUR GIVEN TIME.

Queue 1WALK-INS.

Queue 2BOOKED APPOINTMENTS.

  • You will only be allowed in this queue at your given time.

Queue 3BOOKED APPOINTMENTS EARLY ARRIVALS.

  • For those with booked appointments but have arrived more than 15 mins ahead of given time.
  • When your appointment time comes due,  you will be called forward to Queue 2.

WALK-INS:

  • Staff will be available to do the paperwork for the walk-in patients as they come along.  The volunteers are not able to do this paperwork.
  • Patients will then be slotted into queue 2 with the next time slot from queue 3.
  • You will be seen and vaccinated but there will be a wait.  You will be advised on the day as to the potential waiting period as it depends on how many walk-in patients there are.

PLEASE NOTE:  If you have a booked appointment and come along with a partner who does NOT have an appointment, the partner without an appointment will have to go into Queue 1 – Walk-ins.  They CANNOT go in with you unless exceptional circumstances.  This may seem a bit harsh but if we keep trying to ‘slot’ partners in to the booked appointment queue, it just makes the queue management more difficult.
