Enhanced Access and Out of Hours
Non-urgent advice: Enhanced Access
London Lane Clinic is part of the Bromley Connect Primary Care Network (PCN) together with Dysart Surgery and South View Partnership. We work collaboratively to ensure that the health care system within our area works effectively by sharing knowledge and resources. The Covid-19 vaccination programme is an example.
We have now implemented the Bromley Connect PCN Enhanced Access Service.
This means that there will be appointments:
Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 8.00pm
Saturday 9am to 5pm
You may therefore be offered an appointment at Dysart Surgery or South View Partnership with one of their clinicians. This means that at times, clinicians from those other practices will have access to your records but only when providing direct care for you. Clinicians will be able to view your records and add in consultation notes back into your records. This is to support your provision of care.
Please note that walk-in appointments are not offered.
Non-urgent advice: NHS 111
If you have a health problem that cannot wait until London Lane Clinic is open, then please use the NHS 111 website whenever possible. You will go through a series of questions about your health condition/s and NHS 111 can assist online or call you back if appropriate.
NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. https://111.nhs.uk/.
If you do not have access to a computer or smartphone, please call 111. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones. You can call 111 anywhere in England making it easier for you to access urgent healthcare services when you need medical help fast.
