How to Make an Appointment
To maximise the number of appointments we can offer to our patients, the appointments with GPs are scheduled for 10 minutes. We kindly ask that you only discuss ONE concern in your appointment. This is for clinical safety and so that we are fair to all patients. Please prioritise what you’d like to discuss with the GP during the appointment. Patient safety is of paramount importance.
Please refrain from coming to the surgery without an appointment. We do not have appointments available for walk-ins.
Appointments may be booked in several ways:
The quickest way to get an appointment is to use the eConsult on the home page. eConsult allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to us electronically, offers NHS self-help information, signposts to services and is a symptom checker. If there is a clinical need then we will call you to arrange an appointment.
NOTE: eConsult is available during surgery hours ONLY Monday to Friday 8am to 6.30pm.
Online – disabled
Certain appointments can be booked via Patient Access or Accrux Self-book when you receive an invitation link.
Patients can book an appointment by calling reception on 0208 460 2661. We suggest calling between 4pm and 6pm when the phones are a bit quieter.
We politely request that patients do not visit the surgery for the sole purpose of booking an appointment.
